All cancellation requests must be made in writing and emailed to sales@liriolodge.com or call (506) 83010870. All cancellations must be confirmed as received by Lirio Lodge to be considered valid.

If you have booked a private transportation service from Goshen Pier to Lirio Lodge and wish to cancel, you must do so 15 days before your arrival to receive a refund for this service. The cancellation must be sent to sales@liriolodge.com, and wait for the confirmation received from Lirio Lodge to be considered valid.

• 60 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees will be charged.
• 45 days prior to arrival, 50% of the cancellation fee will be charged.
• 30 days prior to arrival, 100% will be charged.

No-show / early departure policy. NO-SHOW nights and/or unused early departures are non-refundable.

• 0 to 4 years old: free, sharing with two adults.
• Maximum 2 children per room.
• From 5 to 11 years old: pay 50% of the adult rate.
• Older than 12 years old pay the adult rate.

All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars or equivalent in Costa Rican Colones at the time of payment.

The following payment methods are accepted: credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club), direct deposit, or bank transfer.

Direct deposits or bank transfers must be previously coordinated with our reservations department. Proof of the bank transaction must be sent by email to info@liriolodge.com.

Please note that some banks apply commissions ranging from US$10 to US$25, mainly in the case of international transfers. In addition, intermediary banks may also impose fees. We recommend that you check with your bank when making the transfer to ensure the payment is fully received. Any missing amounts due to incomplete transfers will be charged to your account at the end of your stay.

Guests wishing to pay by credit card must complete, sign, and return a credit card authorization form, which can be requested through our reservations office, along with a copy of an ID and photo of your credit card. This form can be emailed as a password-protected document to info@liriolodge.com.
