Reservation policy.
By submitting your credit card information, you agree to our reservation and cancellation policies:
2. debit cards are not accepted to guarantee the reservation, only credit cards are accepted.
3. Rates are subject to a 13% tax.
4. Children under 5 years of age are accommodated at no additional cost. If you need a baby crib, please request it.
5. Check-out time for rooms is 9:00 am.
6. Modification and cancellation policies.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and emailed to sales@liriolodge.com or call (506) 83010870. All cancellations must be confirmed as received by Lirio Lodge to be considered valid.

Cancellation and policies.
– 60 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees will be charged.
– 45 days prior to arrival, 50% of cancellation fees will be charged.
– 30 days prior to arrival, 100% will be charged.

No-show / early departure policy
NO-SHOW nights and/or unused early departures are non-refundable.

If you have booked a private transportation service to the embarkation point from Goshen Pier to Lirio Lodge and wish to cancel, you must do so 15 days prior to your arrival in order to make a refund for this service. The cancellation must be sent to sales@liriolodge.com and wait for the confirmation received from Lirio Lodge to be considered valid.

Other policies.
Lirio Lodge reserves the right to expel any client or guest from the property due to immoral, illegal or disruptive behavior.
Please note that smoking is not permitted in Costa Rica. By law, smoking is not permitted on Lodge premises.
Guests who do not abide by these policies will be kindly asked to leave without any refund.

Agreement.
I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this reservation. I agree to pay, as described in the terms and conditions, the authorized amount even if I have not signed the original charge note or voucher.
Child rate:
0 to 4 years old: free, sharing with two adults. Maximum 2 children per room.
From 5 to 11 years old: pay 50% of the adult rate.
Over 12 years old pay adult rate.

The cancellation must be sent by email to our Reservations Department: sales@liriolodge.com and wait for confirmation of receipt, without this confirmation the requested cancellation will not be valid.
